Workshop Launching Soon
I am in the process of creating an online workshop based on my book Gardeners Not Mechanics: How to Cultivate Change at Work.
The workshop is for experienced people who know how difficult it is to make lasting change, and know that existing "change management" approaches continue to deliver poor results.
The idea is that you bring a real change to the workshop and work through it like a gardener, following the structure and exercises from the book, with friendly but critical input from other course participants.
At the end of the course, you will have a change with an increased probability of success and in the process you will have learned how to think about change like a gardener; something you will be able to use time after time, for the rest of your career. In lieu of workshop reviews, at the bottom of this page I have included some testimonials about my approach, taken from Amazon book reviews.
The online workshop is likely be spread over 6 to 8 weeks, with some short videos at the beginning of each week, to set up homework, and then group work towards the end of each week, focusing on a real change you want to make at work.
If you are interested in participating in the keenly priced pilot workshop, which I expect to be no later than January 2022, please leave your details below and I'll keep you posted. (There will also be a 2-day in-house version available for organisations who prefer face-to-face interaction).
