Lean Project Management Course
Most courses teach you how to pass an exam...they don't show you how to deliver lasting value.

Don't get me wrong, no sane person would argue that qualifications are a bad thing.
And anyway, if you are a professional project manager, many recruiters and employers' HR departments will demand that you have the relevant project management qualifications. So go get the qualifications to get inside the door, if you need them.
But don't be fooled into thinking those courses and qualifications will equip you to run successful projects that deliver lasting value. Most will teach you how to be a bureaucratic box ticker who understands what reports to write and what jargon to use. But those courses are unlikely to show you how to deliver lasting value. (Tip: see if value mentioned in the course description?)

And who do you think gets asked back? Those project managers who can perfectly follow processes but whose projects deliver less value than expected? Or those project managers that deliver lasting value?

I'm Gary Lloyd and I have nearly 30 years experience of successfully exceeding client expectations. I have done so by applying The Principles of Lean Thinking to projects. These are the principles that were developed by Toyota and enabled them to dominate the car manufacturing industry. They are documented in the book, The Machine That Changed The World.
I have created my online self-study Lean Project Management course, to show you how you can do the same. This course has already had over 4,000 students and is rated 4.5 out of on Udemy
